A 17-year-old boy with a family history significant for colonic polyps presents with bleeding per rectum and anemia requiring blood transfusion. Upper endoscopy and colonoscopy showed 10 polyps distributed in the stomach, duodenum, colon, and rectum. Pathologic findings on biopsy of the polyps are shown (Figs 1, 2, and 3).
