During this webinar the moderators focus on exposures and technique for safely visualizing and completing the deep portion of TME (distal to anterior reflection) including avoiding hypogastric nerves, dissecting along RV septum/ Denonvilliers fascia, past Waldeyer’s fascia, and completion of dissection to pelvic musculature.
